Trouble Logging In?

Tips and suggestions ...

• Usernames and Passwords cause the most trouble in today's electronic age. Usernames and Passwords are typically case-sensitive ... so please double-check your "Caps Lock" button. A Tip shared with us by several Members is to first type your Password in Notepad or other such "text only" program to actually see the characters / numbers, confirm the capitalization, and ensure there are no errant spaces or punctuation. Once confirmed, Copy / Paste this text into the Password box found on the User Login page.
  
  
• Thanks to our friends at Microsoft, who have created and/or endorsed several computer fonts where a lowercase " L " might look like an " I " (an uppercase " i ") or even the number " 1 " (number one); another helpful Tip is to Copy / Paste your Username and Password from the original Registered User email that you may have received with your order.
  
  
• Missed a renewal date? Visiting the Login page on the 8th day of a 7-Day Pass or the 31st day of a 30-Day Pass will both have the same result ... Authentication Failed. But don't worry! If you over-looked an expiration date, simply visit the Order Yours page for another Pass! We've also been known to apply a 7-Day or 30-Day toward the purchase of a Season Pass ... if asked nicely.
