Below you'll find instructions as well as an example showing the file along with a download link.

Instructions:

Download the file to your DESKTOP.

Next, open the file into your C:\WINDOWS\CURSORS folder. This file is a .ZIP (compressed) file format. To open, you will need WINZIP or similar program - used to decompress, compressed files. Need WINZIP? Click Here.

Lastly, go to Start / Settings / Control Panel and click on your mouse icon to select this new cursor.
